Entering his third year as head coach, Coach Antoine Thomas has quickly established himself as a transformative force in the Paine Athletics Program, and under his visionary leadership, the program has shattered expectations and redefined excellence, rewriting the record books with a legacy of unparalleled achievements. 

Coach Thomas’s tenure has been tremendous. On the men’s side, his relentless pursuit of greatness has resulted in the breaking of six school records, showcasing his ability to inspire athletes to reach unprecedented heights. His influence extends beyond the record books, as he led David Terry to claim an NCCAA National Title in the men’s 400m dash, which is also PCs first ever National Championship in School History, a testament to his strategic brilliance and dedication to his athlete's development. 

Coach Thomas has overseen three NCCAA National Silver Medals in men’s events, highlighting his knack for guiding competitors to peak performance on the grandest stages. His impact is further underscored by the achievement of nine NCCAA All-America honors for his male athletes, along with three NCCAA All-American distinctions for the women’s team.
