(Augusta, GA)—The Paine Lady Lions Volleyball team lost a heartbreaker to Benedict College.  The Lady Lions took the match to five sets.  Each team traded wins in the first four sets but the Tigers held on to win the fifth set 15-11. Paine was hoping to get their first Eastern Division SIAC win, this year, versus the Tigers. Paine was led by Seniors Deja Sims-Dean who had 14 kills and Caprice Lockett who also supplied 12 kills.

The Lady Lions will play at home to face Fort Valley State University at 1:00pm Saturday. Paine will play at Augusta University later that afternoon at 5:00pm in Christenberry Fieldhouse.
