AUGUSTA, GA - Recently Paine College Director of Athletics Selina Kohn was featured in the HBCU Podcast "Phenomenal Woman" series.

March was Women's History Month and The HBCU Podcast celebrated the month with the "Phenomenal Woman" series. The series featured episodes dedicated to highlighting women who have made great strides in their respective career fields to achieve great success.

Kohn, a graduate of Albany State University spoke about making history as the first woman to serve as Director of Athletics at Paine College. She also spoke about her storied career in athletics as an athlete, coach, and athletic administrator. During the episode, Kohn spoke about her successful career, her invitation to try out for the Olympic women's basketball team and her encounter with the legendary Pat Summitt.
