ATLANTA, Ga. – The Paine College volleyball team lost a 3-0 decision at Clark Atlanta Wednesday evening.
Set scores were 25-16, 25-13, 25-23.
Head coach
Kisha Lucette's team was led by
Daija Broadnax's eight kills. She also posted a .389 attack percentage.
Makayla Evans,
Shacari Hardy and
Akirah McCrae had five kills apiece. Hardy was outstanding, registering a .500 attack percentage.
Myah Beasley led the team with 11 assists while
Micah Taylor accounted for eight.
Evans registered a team-high nine digs while
Jordan Fortson accounted for six. Beasley chipped in five digs.
At the net, McRae garnered three block assists while Broadnax added two block assists.
The Lady Lions return to action Tuesday when they host Wesleyan at 6 p.m.
