Tannasia Rhodes is in her first year as the assistant women’s basketball coach at Paine College.
A native of Augusta, Ga., Rhodes began her work at Paine College as an adjunct professor in health in July 2020 before coming on as the assistant women’s basketball coach during the summer of 2021.
Prior to her time at Paine College, Rhodes spent time as a logistical supply specialist in the U.S. Army, worked as a special education teacher and was the assistant coach at Hephzibah H.S. for basketball and track & field.
Rhdoes holds a bachelor of science degree in biology, an MS in kinesiology with a certificate in sports coaching as well as an MAT in special education.
