COLUMBIA, S.C. (Volleyball)-The Paine College Lady Lions fell to Benedict College, 3-0 on the road. The set scores were 18-25, 15-25, and 17-25.   
With the loss, Paine moves to 10-17, 6-8 in conference, while the Lady Tigers rise to 14-9, 11-5 in league play. 
Tiera Daugherty led Paine with four kills and two blocks. 
Totyanna Corbitt had the most assists for the Lady Lions with nine. Defensively, 
Rachel Walker had 20 digs, followed by 
Lydia Elmore with nine. 
As a team, Paine finished the night with 19 kills, three service aces, and 43 digs. 
Tatyana Robinson led the Lady Tigers with 11 kills followed by Lorena Leao with nine.LaPromise Boone finished the night with 36 assists. On defense, Je'Nae Saunders led Benedict with 26 digs followed by Leao with nine. 
The Lady Lions return to action in the HEAL Complex to face the Lady Panthers of Clark Atlanta on Friday at 6 p.m.
