Lady Lions Advance To Quarterfinals With Convincing Win Over Spring Hill

ROCK HILL, S.C. -  The 5E seeded Paine College Lady Lions advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2020 Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference tournament with a convincing 71-55 victory over 4W seeded Spring Hill College on Monday afternoon in the Rock Hill Sports and Events Center.

Paine was led by junior forward Keondra Archie (Eastover, S.C.) who finished with a game-high 17 points and seven rebounds while sophomore guard Akirah Robinson (Milledgeville, GA) had 14 points and three assist. Junior forward Jasmine Williams chipped in with 12 points while pulling down a team-high nine rebounds and junior guard Victoria Jackson had 10 points.

The Lady Badgers were led by Tiffany Valentine who finished with a team-high 12 points.
