AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Paine College volleyball team lost a 3-0 decision to Benedict Wednesday evening.
Set scores were 25-13, 25-12, 25-18.
Paine is now 0-6 on the year.
The Lady Lions were led by
Daija Broadnax and
Micah Taylor as each posted a team-high five kills.
Soleil Johnson and
Akirah McCrae totaled four kills apiece.
Myah Beasley led the offense with 11 assists while Taylor contributed 10. They both chipped in five digs apiece.
Jordan Fortson led Paine with 19 digs.
At the net,
Najla Betts and Shacari Hardi had two solo blocks apiece. Betts added a team-high three block assists in the contest.
