AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Paine College women's basketball team lost a 70-30 contest to USC Beaufort Saturday afternoon at the Heal Complex.
The Lady Lions are now 0-3 on the season.

Kisha Lucette's team was led by
Jayla Dendy's 10-point, 16-rebound effort in 38 minutes of action.
Leia Brown added eight points, three boards and two steals before fouling out.
Jala Morgan chipped in seven points, three steals and a rebound.
Carlysha Golatt had five points, six boards, two assists, two blocks and two thefts.
Da'Mar Wims totaled four rebounds and three blocks while
Daiyah Ruger accounted for two rebounds, one assist and a steal.
Lucette's squad hit 12 field goals and made six-of-10 from the charity stripe. The squad pulled down 38 boards, including 17 on the offensive glass.
For the game, PC posted 20 points in the paint and scored 15 points off turnovers. The 17 offensive rebounds led to 10 second-chance points.
The Lady Lions return to action when they play at Benedict on Monday, Nov. 18.
