DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - The Paine College men's basketball team dropped their season opener versus Palm Beach Atlantic University, 110-73, in Daytona Beach, Fla. at the Daytona Mitsubishi/Kia Shootout Friday evening.
The Lions start their season 0-1 while Sailfish even their record at 2-2.

The Sailfish had five players in double-figures led by De'Ondre Jackson 22 points on (10-of-11) from the field, while Dakota Zinser ended the night with 20 points connecting on (5-of-7) from behind the three-point stripe.
Paine returns to action this Saturday (Nov. 11) as they take on Embry-Riddle University to conclude the Daytona Mitsubishi/Kia Shootout. Tip is set for 4 p.m.
